Man behind clothing industry revolution- Thursday, March 22, 2007

The event is organised by University College London Alumni and the speaker is Prof Philip Treleaven. The topic is about using technology to ascertain a more accurate 3D sizing of human beings. This study will interest those in the fashion, clothing and safety industries and its application will also be interesting to those from technology sectors. Please read on for details.

Christmas is just round the corner and the UCL Alumni (Singapore) will be holding its annual UCLAS Christmas Lunch at Garden Hotel, Saturday 17 Dec, from 12 pm onwards. This will be a good opportunity for you to make an appointment to catch up with old friends and also to meet new UCLAS members. For an afternoon of great company and good food, do join us at Garden Hotel on 17 Dec. The cost per person is $22+++ for a sumptious buffet lunch and more information can be found in the attached E-Newsletter.

As part of the series of UCLAS organised public talks, there is an upcoming talk by Ken Lou, at library@Orchard on Saturday 10 Sept 2005. This talk is open to the public and will be held from 3pm-4.30pm.
